Nabokov Library On LibraryThing September 10, 2007

The library of the Nabokov Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia is using a LibraryThing account for its catalog. Currently 1,444 titles are in vnmlibrary’s library catalog. (Unfortunately, the LibraryThing widget on their website seems to be malfunctioning.)
Periodicals, such as Novyi zhurnal, are listed by number, so there are entries for a Novyi zhurnal no. 200 and a Novyi zhurnal no. 213. A few letters from Nabokov to a Svetlana Zivert appear to have been printed in an issue of the periodical Zvezda, since a picture of that journal is used for each letter. In these instances, I would prefer if the library added additional information in the comments section. For some titles, the library has added commentary from the book. Others have ratings.
I don’t know whether the LibraryThing catalog is representative of all the holdings in the Nabokov Museum’s library.
